Youth Music Grant
Calling all Heartland Song Network Members, Supporters, Music Instructors and Youth Music Organizations!!
Do you know of a young person in the Heartland who is learning to play an instrument or write their own original music and cannot afford a proper instrument or lessons? The Heartland Song Network wants to help! Announcing the inaugural Heartland Song Network Youth Music Grant
Candidate must:
Be 16 years of age or younger
Currently enrolled/participating in a public or private music program or lessons
Provide a brief description (500 words or less) of the candidate's current musical/lyrical journey that (1) displays a dedication and desire to elevate their chosen musical craft (2) specifies the instrument or lessons desired, and (3) explains the need for economic assistance.
Awards will be determined at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of the Heartland Song Network. Parental or guardian written permission will be required for a candidate to receive the Youth Grant.
Submissions fulfilling all of the above criteria should be submitted by no later than 11:59 pm December 1, 2021 by email to heartlandsongnetwork@gmail.com.

Submission Guidelines:
Request must be submitted online at least four (4) weeks prior to the date of your event.
All requests must be submitted online through the below form. No phone calls or emails are accepted.
This form must be completed in its entirety in order for your request to be considered.
Be prepared to provide a brief explanation of the event, including date, contact name, contact email, contact phone number, complete mailing address and the organization's Federal Tax ID information.
If a charitable organization, attach the 501(c)(3) determination letter in one of the following formats: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, or .xlsx. Limit the file size to less than 10MB.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a sponsorship or donation.
At present, HSN is limiting our support to the Heartland (Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa).
Sponsorships/Donations are at sole discretion of the Heartland Song Network.
